The Analysis section shows the clicks, earnings, average, recycling fees, and profit according to your rented referrals clicks performed in the past. The calculation takes into consideration day by day factors such as: clicks made by referrals each day, total number of referrals each day, membership effective costs, referral clicks commissions and extension discounts each day, recycling fees, and the extension. This section can be shown in two different display modes as illustrated below.



Last Days

In this mode the calculations are shown on the durations of last 7, 15, 30, 60, 90, 150, and 240 days from the starting day specified in the Analysis Settings.


Each row has its own calculated clicks, average, earnings, and profit.


There is option to show only the rows within the referral since duration and hide the older rows.

Last Weeks (Full Edition Only)

In this mode the calculations are shown on each of the last 7 weeks including the current week which corresponds to Week 1.


Each row has its own calculated clicks, average, earnings, and profit.


If the clicks, earnings, or profit on week is more than the previous week's week, there will be Green rising arrow shown beside it. And in opposite, there will be Red decaying arrow and so on.

Average/Time (Full Edition Only)

In this mode the average only is shown on the durations of last 7, 14, 21, 28, 60, 90, and 120 days from the starting day specified in the Analysis Settings.


Each row has its own calculated average, and the % of change in the average compared to the next higher duration average.


If the % of change is positive there will be Green rising arrow, if the % of change is negative there will be Red decaying arrow, and if the % of change is zero there will be Yellow neutral arrow.

Performance Scores (Full Edition Only)

In this mode the software makes special analysis in order to classify the referral's performance. Each row has its own calculated attributes as follows:

  • Active: this attributes measures the percentage of the number of days this referral was active compared to the duration
  • Average: this attribute measures the percentage of the average of this referral compared to the effective average of all the other referrals on the duration
  • Continuity: this attribute measures the clicking frequency, it takes into consideration how many days the referral stays inactive
  • Recency: this attribute measures the score of the last click date such as 100% for today, or lower % for older days
  • Overall: this is the summation of the Active, Average, Continuity, and Recency attributes divided by 4. And it is shown as rank and percentage
    • If score 90%, A+ will be shown
    • Else if score 85%, A will be shown
    • Else if score 80%, A- will be shown
    • Else if score 77%, B+ will be shown
    • Else if score 73%, B will be shown
    • Else if score 70%, B- will be shown
    • Else if score 67%, C+ will be shown
    • Else if score 63%, C will be shown
    • Else if score 60%, C- will be shown
    • Else if score 57%, D+ will be shown
    • Else if score 53%, D will be shown
    • Else if score 50%, D- will be shown
    • Else if score 42%, F+ will be shown
    • Else if score 35%, F will be shown
    • Else F- will be shown

Flags History (Full Edition Only)

In this mode, the software analyzes the flags history and shows the number of days each flag was assigned to this referral.


The % is calculated as the number of days for a particular flag compared to the total number of days of the available flags history.

Suggestions History (Full Edition Only)

In this mode, the software analyzes the recycling advisor suggestions history and shows the number of days each suggestion was suggested to this referral.


The % is calculated as the number of days for a particular suggestion compared to the total number of days of the available suggestions history.


IMPORTANT! For the Last Days analysis, each longer duration contains all of the other shorter durations. For example, the last 30 days clicks, earnings will have the last 15 days clicks, earnings plus older 15 days clicks, earnings, and so on.


IMPORTANT! For the Last Weeks analysis, Week 1 corresponds to the current week according to your system's calendar, and each week starts on Monday.


IMPORTANT! For the Flags History and Suggestions History, the total number of days of available history doesn't necessarily equal to the referral since days.
